Beethoven: Music in Revolution at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama

Rachel Roberts takes part in three contrasting concerts over Valentines weekend at the RWCMD as part of their far-reaching Beethoven Chamber Music Festival 10-14 February 2016. The Festival invites listeners to discover for themselves just how this uniquely great man, born just prior to social reform and upheaval, was able to embrace the universal, creating a totally new emotional range in which successive composers could communicate.
