Robert Plane at Wigmore Hall

Robert Plane’s London fans will be delighted to be able to hear him at Wigmore Hall on Monday 30th October.

Mobius, an international ensemble of seven outstanding musicians, returns to the Wigmore Hall with a typically eclectic programme, highlighting a world première by renowned American composer George Tsontakis. The commission, based on T.S. Eliot’s Four Quartets, is written for harp, flute, clarinet and string quartet and forms the centrepiece for other works in the evening beloved by the poet, such as the Mozart Clarinet Quintet.

Mozart Clarinet Quintet in A major K581
Claude Debussy Deux danses
George Tsontakis Silent Poems (world première)
Heitor Villa-Lobos Assobio a jato (The Jet Whistle)
Ludwig van Beethoven Grosse Fuge in B flat major Op. 133
Tickets for Mobius at Wigmore Hall  30th October 7.30pm
